1. How Do I Change Quantities or Cancel an Item in My Order?

Once your order is placed, we are not able to modify or edit the order. However, if your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel the entire order upon your request. You can then place a new order with the desired changes. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow our Return Policy to return the item(s) that meet our return requirements.

 

2. My Order Has Not Arrived Yet / Never Arrived

If you have received tracking details that indicate your order has shipped, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with any delivery questions. They will have the most up-to-date information on your shipment. If you have not yet received tracking details, it likely means your item has not shipped yet, and we will provide this information as soon as it becomes available. 3. An Item is Missing From My Shipment

Sometimes items from a single order will ship separately if one or more of the products is out of stock. Please check the packing slip included in your shipment to verify which items have shipped.
